Kyra Beamis is a seasoned real estate professional with 8 years of experience and nearly $80 million in career volume. As co-owner of the Living In Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Real Estate Team, Kyra is dedicated to guiding sellers and homebuyers through every step of the real estate process. Her client-centric approach, combined with strong business acumen, has earned her the prestigious title of NAR Member of the Year in 2020 and 2024, voted on by Kootenai County.

 

An Idaho native, Kyra values the balance of work and play, embracing the natural beauty and outdoor activities her home state offers. Whether hiking, e-biking, or spending time at local lakes, she thrives in all four seasons. Kyra also manages a successful portfolio of Airbnbs, which she began investing in during 2020. Her passion for real estate extends beyond home sales—she believes in its transformative power to create lasting change and is committed to helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership.

 

When not selling homes, I enjoy managing my Airbnbs, hiking, and traveling. I do not really sit still. I am an Idaho Native, a single mom of two amazing daughters, Austin (21) just graduated from Grand Canyon University and is now working for Discovery Land Company in Phoenix, and Taylor (18) just graduated from LCHS and KTec and is a certified welder. Taylor also works at a local coffee company. We are an outdoor family that enjoys camping on my parents' property up the St. Joe, hiking, e-biking, walking, snowboarding or skiing, and playing in the lakes. We love all four seasons each for their own reasons and sports.
