Kevin Pickford is a seasoned NAR member with 19 years of experience, including 17 years as the owner of Keller Williams Realty in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Throughout his career, he has achieved over $225 million in real estate transactions. In addition to his role as a NAR member, Kevin is an active real estate investor with holdings in single-family homes and commercial properties. He strongly advocates for NAR member to not only sell homes but also invest in real estate for their own financial growth.
Kevin’s success is driven by his passion for excellence. Early in his career, he was inspired by his mother, Marie Pickford, a successful saleswoman who taught him the importance of building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. My wife and I have three daughters. We live in Coeur d'Alene. Coeur d'Alene has been a great place to raise our family. We all love to hike and play pickleball. Being a NAR member has allowed me to never miss anything important to our family, whether it was things the girls were in or our family vacations. Up until recently, I loved coaching the sports our girls played in. We traveled the country with their AAU basketball teams. All three girls are now out of the house, living in different parts of the U.S. Officially empty nesting!
